BUILDING BETTER INFORMATION FOR BETTER CONSTRUCTION DECISIONS.
BALVAREN provides structured technical capacity for construction estimating, bidding and preconstruction — helping contractors, subcontractors, developers and project teams make better-informed decisions when workload and opportunity increase.
Construction companies can face increasing estimating and preconstruction demands without having the immediate need, budget or justification to add permanent technical staff.
Drawings, revisions, quantity takeoffs, pricing, bid deadlines and project requirements can quickly place additional pressure on existing teams.
BALVAREN was developed around a simple idea: provide external technical capacity that can support construction teams when workload increases, opportunities appear or additional estimating resources are required.
The initial focus is construction estimating and preconstruction, with a broader platform designed to develop toward project controls and additional technical services.
ANTHONY SIMMONDS
Anthony Simmonds is a Civil Engineer and construction professional with more than a decade of experience across structural construction, infrastructure, project management, estimating and independent construction practice.
His professional career began in field engineering in Panama, progressing through structural construction, infrastructure and earthworks before moving into project and construction management and business ownership.
As the owner and President of a construction company, he managed public-sector construction contracts and the full process from opportunity identification and bidding through procurement, execution and project closeout.
Since 2021, he has worked independently in Egypt across residential and industrial construction projects, providing project management, construction supervision, estimating, quantity takeoff, cost control and technical coordination for private clients and property owners.
BALVAREN represents the next stage of that experience: bringing engineering knowledge, practical construction understanding and structured project information together through specialized preconstruction and project-controls services.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SHOULD BE STRUCTURED, PRACTICAL AND USABLE.
Every assignment should produce information that a construction team can understand, review and confidently use.
TECHNICAL
Engineering and construction principles guide the way project information is developed.
STRUCTURED
Deliverables are organized around clear scopes, quantities, assumptions and project requirements.
PRACTICAL
Information should support real construction and bidding decisions rather than simply fill a spreadsheet.
QUALITY-FOCUSED
Review and QA/QC principles are incorporated into the preparation process.
PROFESSIONAL
Clear communication and dependable delivery are essential when working as an extension of a project team.
CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES DO NOT NEED MORE INFORMATION. THEY NEED BETTER-ORGANIZED INFORMATION THAT HELPS THEM ACT.
A useful deliverable should make it easier to understand a project, review quantities, analyze costs, prepare a bid, compare scopes, identify gaps and make decisions.
LET'S DISCUSS THE PROJECT.
Send us the project. Let's understand the scope. Then determine the right level of support.
